- Position: HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver
- Pay: £15.50 per hour PAYE
- Holiday Pay Rate: £17.37 per hour
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Start Times: 07:00–08:00
- Work: Ongoing
- Permanent Opportunity: Temp-to-perm available
The Role
You will be completing 4–5 deliveries per shift to customer sites across the region.
This is a straightforward delivery role offering consistent work, minimal manual handling and modern, well-maintained vehicles.
Your duties will include:
- Completing 4–5 deliveries per shift
- Safely operating an HGV Class 1 vehicle
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Communicating professionally with customers and the transport office
- Following all road transport and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- No DD, DR or IN endorsements
- Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach
