Windward Day Services is looking ahead to an even bigger and brighter future for the people we support. As we continue to grow and develop, we are excited to be expanding our Senior Support Worker team at Spiral Blue in Ringwood.
At Windward, we support adults with learning disabilities and autistic people to access a wide range of enjoyable and meaningful day opportunities, including sailing, swimming, dance, and drama. These activities help individuals build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy fulfilling experiences within their communities.
*Position: Senior Support Worker
*Location: Spiral Blue in Ringwood
*Pay: £13.75 per hour
*Hours: Mon-Fri (9-4.30pm) - We would consider a 4 day a week contract for the right candidate
You will have strong administration skills, be responsible for practical support for people that access the service, enabling opportunities to access a range of activities in the local community, as well as across our services using a person-centred approach. You will be a point of contact and a source of leadership to our current team members.
