Hot Tub & Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a practical, reliable person to join our friendly team at our award-winning 5-star spa and retreat in the Somerset countryside.
If you enjoy working outdoors, fixing problems, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. No two days are the same, with a mix of hot tub maintenance, general repairs, and keeping our beautiful site looking its best.
Full training is provided, so while previous maintenance or hot tub experience is an advantage, it's certainly not essential. If you're willing to learn and have a hands-on attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
Hours & Pay
- Average 33.5 hours per week
- Includes alternate weekends and some evenings
- Competitive pay, depending on experience and qualifications
- Plumbing, electrical or other trade qualifications are an advantage
What you'll be doing
- Servicing and maintaining hot tubs and pools
- Water testing, chemical balancing and water changes
- Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across the site
- Keeping the grounds and facilities safe, clean and well presented
- Responding to maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
- Recording maintenance work completed
What we're looking for
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Someone who enjoys problem solving and takes pride in their work
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly and professional with a positive attitude
- Basic maintenance, plumbing or electrical knowledge is beneficial but not essential
