Overview
Cult Kits is looking for an organised and reliable Fulfilment & Operations Assistant to take responsibility for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.
The successful candidate will manage the fulfilment process from locating stock through to packing and dispatching orders. They will also support the wider team with stock administration, social media tasks and general office duties.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, check, pack and dispatch customer orders.
- Ensure orders are accurate, secure and completed on time.
- Print shipping labels and organise outgoing collections.
- Log and organise newly received stock.
- Help maintain an organised stockroom and working environment.
- Assist with basic social media and content-related tasks.
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
The ideal candidate will have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
- A positive, flexible and proactive attitude.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a small team.
- Basic computer and social media skills.
Previous fulfilment, warehouse, retail or e-commerce experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
