Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Housekeeper for a multi home estate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across our luxury holiday properties, ensuring each home is prepared to an exceptional standard for arriving guests. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a small, professional team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out high-standard housekeeping duties across multiple estate properties, ensuring homes are clean, comfortable and prepared to an exceptional standard for guests.
- Complete property checks before guest arrivals and after departures, reporting any issues, damages or maintenance requirements.
- Carry out daily housekeeping for guests staying on site when required, ensuring a high level of service throughout their stay.
- Review upcoming arrivals and departures, liaising with guests regarding bed configurations and any housekeeping requirements.
- Meet and welcome guests on arrival when required
- Maintain accurate housekeeping notes, property inventories and records to ensure consistent standards across all properties.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating cleaning teams to ensure properties are fully prepared ahead of guest arrivals.
- Assist with laundry, linen management and replenishing household supplies when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, holiday lets, private households or estate housekeeping would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- Experience preparing properties or rooms for guest arrivals.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
- A proactive approach to maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies and ensuring properties have all necessary amenities available.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to identify and report maintenance issues, damages or missing items promptly.
- Experience working with cleaning procedures, laundry, linen management and maintaining inventory standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and guest arrival/departure days when required.
- Full driving licence

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
