We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with strong wet trade skills to join our property maintenance team in Chelmsford.
This is a varied role involving responsive repairs, planned maintenance and property refurbishments across residential homes. You'll take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.
- Carry out bricklaying, plastering and tiling repairs.
- Complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
- Prepare void properties ready for new occupants.
- Undertake general property maintenance and repair tasks.
- Work efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service in occupied properties.
- Proven experience in bricklaying, plastering and tiling.
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Competitive salary of £38,000–£42,000 depending on experience.
