We're a small, ambitious property investment and development business based in Primrose Hill, London — and we're hiring a Property Manager & Development Analyst.
IMPORTANT: This role requires a minimum of 2 years' hands-on UK residential property management experience. If you do not have this, please do not apply — property analyst experience, surveying qualifications, or other property sector backgrounds will not be considered as a substitute although some commercial property management experience will be seen as a bonus.
If you are a capable residential property manager who is also analytically minded and genuinely tech-forward, read on.
THE ROLE
This is a hybrid position. The core of the job is residential and commercial property management — you will be the first point of contact for our tenants, coordinate tradespeople and maintenance, manage compliance, and support lease and tenancy renewals. This needs to be something you can do independently from day one.
Alongside that, you will work directly with the company director on investment research, due diligence, and live development projects. This side of the role will grow as you develop your skills — but it is not a substitute for the management foundation we need.
The split is roughly:
- 50% property management (tenants, compliance, contractors, renewals)
- 30% investment research & development project support
- 10% office management & technology
- 10% director support
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years' UK residential property management — essential, non-negotiable
- Direct experience managing tenants, coordinating tradespeople, and handling ASTs
- Strong numerical ability and an analytical mindset
- Genuine, current use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar)
- Tech-forward — comfortable adopting new software and digital tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Looking for a long-term role, not a stepping stone
WHAT WE OFFER
- Primrose Hill, London — office based
- £35,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
- Real scope to develop into investment appraisal and development work
- Small team, direct access to the director, your work genuinely matters
To apply: please send your CV and a covering letter (one page max) to [email protected]. Your letter must describe your residential property management experience specifically — how many years, what it involved, and how you dealt with tenants and tradespeople day-to-day. Applications without this will not be considered.
