We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and professional part-time or full time chef to join our fantastic team. We are an expanding family trampoline and soft-play centre that operate 3 sites UK wide.
Must have full availability.
Gastro style menu, family orientated customer base. Enthusiastic chef looking for a small kitchen to manage with no split shifts or late evenings.
Applications from trainee chefs welcome.
Duties include:
- Safe preparation and presentation of all food in accordance with company standards
- Stock taking duties and ordering of food products
- Working quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Opening and Closing duties of the Kitchen area
- Working coherently and communicating effectively with other team members
- Employing food safety best practices
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and Guidance
- Ensuring the safe and proper storage of food products
- Keeping accurate daily temperature records of food
- Helping with putting away food and stock deliveries
- Assisting other team members in other areas of the business where reasonable and practical
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Manager
- Ensuring that any risk assessments are complied with
- Maintaining such records as are required by the Manager
- Ensuring there is the adequate amount of prep for the upcoming days

The park is open seven days and requires flexible working hours over the working week, full availability is essential.
