We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment and wants to maximise their earning potential. With strong stock levels, consistent customer enquiries, and uncapped commission, this role offers genuine opportunities to earn well above OTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers throughout the vehicle buying journey
- Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Selling used vehicles along with finance and additional products
- Managing customer enquiries both in person and online
- Arranging test drives and vehicle handovers
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
- Ensuring vehicles and showroom areas are presented to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Previous car sales experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Target-driven with a motivated and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy dealership environment
- Professional appearance and approach
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
What We Offer
- £22,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £45,000+
- Top performers earning £60,000 – £70,000+

Working Pattern
- 42.5-hour working week
- Rota includes 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month
