Future Industrial Services is a national provider of a wide range of industrial services activities to businesses such as the oil & gas industry, utilities and power stations. We carry out tank cleaning, sewer cleaning, provide labourers to industry, power station cleaning during shutdown periods plus hazardous waste removal, treatment and disposal.
We are a growing company with a reputation for excellent service delivery. Future Industrial Services employs around 300 staff in depots across the country with sites based in Hull, Rugby, Liverpool, Honiton, Berwick-upon-Tweed and several more.
The Role
You will be working as part of a team carrying out various industrial cleaning tasks including high pressure water jetting, working with vacuumation vehicles, confined space working, tank cleaning, site clearance and spill response. This is a physical role involving manual handling and working outdoors as well as in confined spaces.

We offer a competitive rate of pay with higher rates of pay for any overtime. If you are required to work away accommodation and subsistence will be paid; there is a 6-monthly bonus scheme, a life insurance scheme and company pension along with 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays per year.
You will be paid £14.25 Per hour for the first 50 hours worked in a calendar week.
You will be paid £17.25 Per hour for all hours worked over 10 hours in a day shift, Monday-Friday.
You will be paid £18.75 Per hour for all hours worked on a night shift or a Saturday up to midnight.
You will be paid £24.25 Per hour for all hours worked on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday.
If you are required to night out, you will be paid £25.00 tax-free plus £25.00 tax paid overnight subsistence allowance.
About You
Experience is not necessary to apply for the role of Industrial Services Operative as full training will be given to the right candidate. We will put you through a safety passport qualification (CCNSG) followed by courses in Working in Confined Spaces and High Pressure Water Jetting. A driving licence is essential for driving from the depot to the work site.

You will be working on customer sites and you need to be a good ambassador for the company ensuring the customer experience is a positive one.
