General Labourer / Trainee Resin Flooring Operative
Casual to permanent opportunity | Hull | £120 per weekday
AIM Resin Flooring Limited has an established team delivering resin flooring projects in Hull and across the UK. We are looking for an additional reliable, hardworking labourer to support the team and develop their skills as the business grows.
No previous resin flooring experience is required, as practical training will be provided. The role is physically demanding and involves floor preparation, moving equipment and materials, cleaning and assisting experienced operatives with resin flooring installations.
Working arrangements and progression
This is not currently a full-time position. It will begin as casual work with no guaranteed minimum hours or days. At present, we expect to offer work approximately once every two or three weeks, often involving several consecutive days.
We intend to expand our permanent team as the business grows. The right person will have the opportunity to learn a specialist trade, prove their reliability and progress to more regular work, with the potential for a permanent position.
Applicants must be generally available for work which is arranged in advance. Once an assignment is accepted, we expect a firm commitment to attend every agreed day unless there is a genuine emergency.
This opportunity may suit somebody returning to employment or looking for occasional work alongside other flexible commitments. It will not suit anyone who currently needs guaranteed weekly hours.
