The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with ecommerce or digital marketing experience who wants to take ownership, make an impact and help shape the future of a fast-growing online business.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, solving problems and improving performance rather than simply completing tasks.
You'll work closely with our Ecommerce Manager and wider Marketing team to deliver an exceptional online customer experience across multiple websites and digital channels.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines ecommerce trading, website management, merchandising, SEO, analytics and digital marketing. No two days are the same.
If you're naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about ecommerce, we'd love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To
Digital Marketing
· Own the day-to-day relationship with our external PPC agency, ensuring campaigns are delivering KPIs.
· Review campaign performance, budgets, search terms and recommendations, challenging where appropriate and identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Brief the agency on new product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
· Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure paid campaigns align with business priorities.
· Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4 and reporting dashboards.
· Support the planning and delivery of wider digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Ecommerce Trading & Website Management
· Manage product information, pricing, imagery and merchandising across our ecommerce websites.
· Create, optimise and maintain product listings using CMS platforms, PIM systems and Excel imports.
· Build and maintain landing pages, category pages and promotional content.
· Manage onsite navigation, search functionality, product placement and customer journeys.
· Create and optimise upsell, cross-sell and bundle opportunities to increase average order value.
· Regularly review website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
· Ensure website content remains accurate, engaging and commercially effective.
SEO & Content
· Own on-page SEO across multiple websites.
· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO improvements.
· Write and optimise compelling product, category and landing page content.
· Manage metadata, internal linking and content optimisation.
· Support wider content initiatives that drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
Analytics & Performance
· Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools.
· Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities for growth.
· Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
· Track key ecommerce metrics including conversion, revenue, average order value and customer engagement.
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends, making recommendations for improvement.
Continuous Improvement
· Proactively identify opportunities to improve website performance, processes and customer experience.
· Support new ecommerce initiatives, system developments and digital projects.
· Test, review and implement enhancements that contribute to business growth.
· Champion ecommerce best practice across the business.
Is This You?

This role would suit someone who's confident working independently but equally enjoys collaborating with others to get things done.
What we're looking for
· At least 1 year's experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role (ideally 3+ years).
