Self-Employed Cleaner – Flexible Days (All Weekdays and Weekend Available)

Sasco Apartments is expanding its team of self-employed cleaners to cover flexible shifts across all days of the week. With over 50 holiday apartments and houses across Blackpool and St Annes, we offer reliable and regular post-checkout cleaning work.
Job Details:
- Shifts start daily from 09:45AM
- Cleans vary from 1 to 6 hours
- Can offer up to 8–10 hours of cleaning per day, depending on your availability and location
- Work includes a mix of properties (houses & apartments)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out changeover cleans after guests check out of holiday apartments and houses
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, hallways)
- Strip used bedding and towels and prepare fresh linen (linen provided)
- Replenish guest essentials where needed (e.g. toilet rolls, hand soap – provided by Sasco)
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items
- Work independently and follow cleaning checklists provided
- Complete each clean within the allotted time for the property
- Communicate clearly with the manager regarding updates or availability
Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning, preferably in short-stay or hospitality environments
- Must supply your own cleaning products
- Must have a full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Pay & Benefits:
- From £13 per hour* (paid per clean completed)
- Performance bonus: extra £2 per hour for every clean rated 5 stars by guests
*Probation period based on work quality, not time-based. Once probation period is complete, rate of pay will increase to £15 per hour.
