Are you an experienced RGN looking for the next step in your career? Do you put resident welfare at the centre of your practice? Are you compassionate, confident, and able to take clinical leadership when needed? If so, Doves Nest Nursing Home has an excellent opportunity for you to join our dedicated night team.
We are expanding our nursing provision and are seeking committed Staff Nurses to deliver high‑quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the clinical team, you will:
- Deliver safe, effective, person‑centred nursing care in line with NMC standards.
- Provide clinical expertise in managing complex cases and high‑risk situations.
- Lead and supervise the care team to ensure high standards of professional practice.
- Develop and maintain person‑centred care plans, including risk assessments and all relevant documentation.
- Make sound clinical decisions that consider the long‑term needs of the home and residents.
- Manage challenging or complex situations professionally, using outcomes as opportunities for improvement.
- Handle conflict appropriately, working towards fair and constructive resolutions.
- Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external professionals.
- Uphold the NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all times.
