We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Services Manager to lead the delivery of outstanding hospitality across our care home, creating a world where everyone feels special.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee all hospitality areas, including housekeeping and dining, ensuring every resident, family member and visitor experiences exceptional standards every day.
Working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you will drive service excellence, and ensure all hospitality services operate safely, efficiently and in line with our values.
