We are looking for an additional Support Worker/ Personal Care Assistant to join our welcoming team, to support a young lady to live in her own home. Encouraging and enabling her to live an independent and fulfilling life.
No qualifications are needed and full training, with a person centred approach, will be provided during paid shadow shifts.

Candidates must have good motivational skills, be physically fit, have a sunny disposition, positive outlook and can do attitude.
Successful applicants should be prepared to turn a hand to any task relating to every day life.
General Duties include:
- Supporting her with morning routine of getting up out of bed, bathing, dressing & undressing and bedtime routine.
- Food preparation and cooking of meals
- Good organisational skills
- Laundry and light cleaning
- Assisting with exercise
- Accompanying and supporting her to attend social activities such as theatre, meals and lunches out
- Accompanying and supporting her during swimming and the gym
CANDIDATES MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE.
Holiday entitlement will be based on hours worked (pro rata)
Pension scheme included.
Starting Salary: £13.50 p/h.
