We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Driver specializing in Domiciliary Care to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable transportation. Responsibilities
- Safely transport our staffs to appointments within the community
- Assist clients with mobility needs, including loading and unloading as required, ensuring proper handling of heavy lifting tasks
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability
- Communicate effectively with care teams, and supervisors to coordinate schedules and address any concerns or special needs
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every journey
- Keep detailed records of trips, deliveries, and client interactions for accountability and reporting purposes
Skills
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven commercial driving experience
- Experience as a Domiciliary care driver or in a similar transportation role within domiciliary or healthcare settings
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude committed to providing outstanding client service
