Selmec (Lincoln) Ltd is a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor based in Lincoln operating across the East Midlands, working for a variety of clients in the Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors carrying out high quality electrical installation work, we are looking for a full-time Electrical Contracts Manager to join our successful team.
Salary is negotiable in the range of £48K to £53K with company vehicle provided.
This is a full time office based position but hybrid home working would be considered.
Applicants must have experience in running Electrical Building Services contracts in Commercial & Industrial premises and experience in direct working with clients and building contractors, including supervision of Electricians and Sub-Contractors.
The following qualifications and experience are considered beneficial:
· Relevant contract management experience required minimum two years
· CAD ability an advantage
· Projects from £50k to £1.5M+
· Qualification requirements Level 3 or 4 qualification in electrical installation or engineering with ECS skills card
· Estimating capability
Methodical & organised approach to work, computer literate, confident person ideal.
