Children's Residential Support Worker – EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
Coventry (CV7) | £13.75 per hour + £50 per sleep | Level 3 required

About the Role
We’re recruiting Support Workers for our 4‑bed EBD home in Coventry (CV7), supporting young people aged 8–17 who require stability, structure, and emotionally attuned care.
You’ll be part of a warm, committed team providing consistent, child‑centred support — helping young people build confidence, emotional resilience, and positive routines in a safe, nurturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Supporting young people with daily routines and life skills
✔ Providing emotional and practical support
✔ Encouraging independence and positive outcomes
✔ Supporting community activities and engagement
✔ Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding standards
✔ Participating in sleep‑ins (£50 per sleep)
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience supporting children, young people, or individuals with EBD
✔ Calm, patient and resilient approach
✔ Driver with access to your own vehicle (essential)
✔ Commitment to safeguarding and professional practice
✔ Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (required)
