HGV Class 2 Driver / IPAF Operator
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
We’re looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Driver / IPAF Operator to join our team.
The role involves driving our truck-mounted access platforms to customer sites, towing a trailer carrying additional access equipment where required, unloading the equipment, and safely operating our access platforms for customers carrying out work at height.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HGV Class 2 truck-mounted access platforms to customer sites.
- Tow a trailer carrying access equipment where required.
- Safely unload and set up access equipment.
- Operate truck-mounted access platforms and other access equipment for customers.
- Carry out daily vehicle and equipment safety checks.
- Work safely in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Complete all required paperwork and defect reports.
Requirements
- Full UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Driver CPC
- IPAF qualification preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Comfortable working at height.
- Good awareness of health and safety.
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
