We’re recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a long‑standing manufacturing client in Trentham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, using tools and producing high‑quality components within a supportive, well‑established team.
If you have experience working with hand tools, power tools or in any assembly, joinery or workshop environment, this role offers variety, stability and immediate starts.

The Role
- Using tape measures, hand tools and power tools
- Working from instructions, drawings or measurements
- Assembling components accurately and consistently
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout production
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
The Requirements
- Experience using tools in any capacity — joinery, bench joinery, cabinet making, kitchen fitting, workshop assembly or similar
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Able to measure accurately using a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
