OTE £32,436.80 (Sales Bonus up to £500 per month = £6,000 pa)
We are looking for a talented team of staff to join our fantastic store in delivering exceptional results and providing exceptional service to our customers to help us maintain our number one position as in the UK. Having a background in the Bathroom industry would be beneficial but not essential as full product knowledge training will be provided.
You’ll be part of a small in-store team with the number one goal to get to the heart of what customers need for their project. Be it new suggestions for a bathroom revamp, a huge trade order for commercial premises, or recommendations for add on products - you’ll understand what customers are looking for and offer solutions that fit their requirements.
Typical tasks include:
- Greeting and liaising with customers when they enter the store
- Providing information and advice on products / product types
- Assessing customers’ Bathroom needs and providing relevant advice and guidance
- Dealing with requests for quotations
- Understanding customer requirements and suggesting products that suit
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Monitoring stock levels and advising on delivery
- General housekeeping

Standard hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 with 1 hour lunch
Saturday (on a Rota basis with 1 day off in the week) 09:00 – 17:00
Sunday (on a Rota basis with 1 day off in the week) 10:00 - 16:00
