An opportunity has arisen for a trainee sales executive to join an established team in our Stourbridge Peugeot business, working alongside a highly experienced and motivated team you will join a 12 month training programme where you will be given all the tools required to become a high performing sales executive within a fantastic brand.
What will I be doing?
- Support the Manager with administration
- Liaising with existing and prospective clients - providing excellent customer service at all times
- Deal with incoming enquiries, arranging meetings and diary management for contacts within the business to attend the meetings
- Obtain correct information to provide an accurate quotation for works
- Updating the CRM system with any client liaison including uploading quotes
- Process client information, obtaining new account details, billing information, purchase order numbers etc.
- Assist with regular reporting
- Managing relationships with customers face to face delivering a high standard of customer service
- Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
- Dealing with enquires over the phone and in person, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database
- Identifying and meeting the customers’ requirements and making their MINI adventures come to life
The successful candidate will be given a great opportunity to develop their skills in automotive industry sales in a friendly team, with excellent potential for long term career progression in this well known and highly respected company.
Once the training has been completed, you will move to their Sales Executive package which includes a basic, commission and company car. You will be expected to earn well in excess of £35-40000 OTE per year once training is completed
We've just moved to a 5 day working week model, as we recognised the importance of a work life balance and will no longer be open on Sundays.

What we’re looking for:
- You don't need to be from the motor industry; you just need to show a talent for sales and a record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Confidence, drive, energy and talent
- A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed
- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
- You will also have a valid driving licence and be willing to work between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday–Saturday, with a day off in the week.
