Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Replenishing stock where required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
