We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Resource Planner to support the delivery of compliance, servicing, and planned maintenance activities across the University estate.
Working within the Service Hub, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring compliance and service maintenance activity through the University's CAFM system (Planon). The Service Hub is responsible for managing workload generated through the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Programme, ensuring statutory compliance activities, servicing programmes, remedial works, and certification are delivered effectively and in line with regulatory requirements
About the Role
You will coordinate and manage reactive maintenance workflows, including:
- Planning and scheduling compliance, servicing activities, and remedial works
- Coordinating contractor attendance and access arrangements across the estate
- Maintaining compliance records, certification, asset data, and maintenance service plans within Planon
- Monitoring work queues, workflow blockages, and programme performance
- Producing reports and supporting compliance performance monitoring
- Supporting purchasing, payment processing, and associated administration activities
- Liaising with customers, technicians, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure works are progressed and completed efficiently
This is a fast-paced operational role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting the delivery of a safe, compliant, and effective maintenance service

This is a fixed term appointment to cover a period of maternity leave, expected to be from August 2026 until July 2027.
