We are currently seeking a Customer Success Sales Advisor to join our Customer Success team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and commercially minded individual who thrives on building relationships, supporting customer growth, and delivering exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
As a Customer Success Sales Advisor, you'll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, helping customers maximise their potential through proactive support, account development, and targeted sales activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing an allocated portfolio of customer accounts to increase engagement, activity and revenue growth.
- Delivering a structured onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring they understand our products, systems and services.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products and increase customer profitability.
- Re-engaging inactive or at-risk customers through proactive account management and targeted call campaigns.
- Building long-term customer relationships through regular communication and support.
- Working towards daily, weekly and monthly performance targets, including call activity and sales KPIs.
- Recording meaningful customer information and insights within our CRM system.
- Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Monitoring customer buying trends and identifying opportunities for future growth.
- Escalating customer concerns and business-critical issues where appropriate.
- Supporting wider Customer Success activities through cross-training and collaboration across the department.
- Providing administrative support to ensure the effective running of the Customer Success team.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
Essential
- Experience in a telephone-based Sales, Customer Success or Account Management environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with performance metrics.
- Confidence in making outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and telephone manner.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts effectively.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a Customer Success or B2B sales environment.
- Experience within the garment decoration, wholesale, distribution or related sectors.
This role can benefit from our hybrid working policy which requires a minimum of three days working from our offices in Willand and up to two days working from home; however, during your initial training period, you will be required to work on-site.
