Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), meal preparation, and household management interviewguy.com+1.
- Provide emotional support and guidance, helping clients navigate challenges and build coping skills interviewprep.org+1.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans based on client needs and goals interviewprep.org.
- Facilitate access to community resources, programs, and services, coordinating with other social service professionals interviewprep.org+1.
- Encourage participation in social and recreational activities to promote inclusion and personal development westcoasthumanservices.com.
- Monitor and document client progress, reporting significant changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals interviewguy.com+1.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and needs in healthcare, housing, and other settings interviewprep.org+1.
- Assist with physical therapy exercises and medication management under supervision when required interviewguy.com.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,167.30 per year
