Howl Bar and Charcuterie, are looking for new Bar/waiting team member or members to join our small and friendly team.
We specialise in low intervention wines and craft beers alongside a menu of small plates, cheeses and charcuterie.
We are looking for people to join our team, who have excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail and a passion for wine and food!
Hospitality experience is preferred, and a positive attitude a must! The position involves front of house duties and some food prep responsibilities. All training will be provided.
The position is between 10 – 20 hours a week, mostly evenings & weekends.
Responsibilities
· Greeting guests in a friendly manner, making everyone feel welcome.
· Taking orders & serving drinks/food. (table/ bar service)
· Drink & food preparation
· Keeping the bar clean & tidy, including stock rotation
· Keeping daily planner tasks up to date & completed (operation compliance)
· Assisting in the kitchen if required, plating & clearing
· Washing up front of house & back of house
· Menu knowledge & excellent customer service
Experience/skills
· Hospitality experience preferred
· Multi-tasking & time keeping essential
· Listening & communication skills
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends.
