We are currently recruiting Cocktail Bartender/Mixologists with friendly, bubbly personalities to join us at Harpers Bar, Cocktail, live music venue. Must be over 18 years
- Mixing and preparing cocktails
- Interact with customers, take orders & serve food/drinks
- Assess customers need & preferences & making recommendations
- Restock & replenish bar & clean thoroughly at end of evening
- Cocktail Bar Experience would be an advantage, but will be trained to provide excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing & serving drinks.
- Must be smart, clean appearance.
- Flaring skill or willing to train
- Freepour spirits will be tested daily
- Must be available evenings, weekends day, bank holidays and evening and certain booked days during the year.
- Over 18 years to apply for this position
- Must have bartender experience
