We’re recruiting a Key Worker to help lead a small, dedicated team supporting an adult with learning disabilities and/or autism to live a full, independent life.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll continue providing direct support, while mentoring colleagues and helping shape high-quality, person-centred care.

Deliver high-quality, person-centred support in line with individual support plans
- Act as a positive role model, leading by example within the team
- Support the day-to-day coordination of the service, including rota oversight and shift guidance
- Assist with staff supervision, induction, and ongoing development
- Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful activities
- Support with medication administration, record keeping, and compliance
- Liaise with families, professionals, and the Locality Manager
- Identify and respond to any concerns, ensuring safe and effective support delivery

Senior Support Worker experience or 1+ year supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Background in Supported Living, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
- Ability to lead, coach and support colleagues
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Knowledge of person-centred approaches and best practice in care
- Calm, confident approach to managing challenging situations
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, values-led support
- Must hold a Full UK Driving License
