Grounds Cafes @ Lickey Hills Visitor centre has now been open for two months and we are looking for someone to join our team as a supervisor, assisting the Manager with the daily running of the Cafe, maintaining a high level of customer service, training the team and managing shifts.
We are offering 4 or 5 days per week which will include working at weekends but no late nights.
We expect to be very busy at peak times and so want someone who has a strong work ethic, can cope well in pressurised periods and can manage a small team of staff through these shifts.
