Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team. Duties
- Assist in meal preparation and food presentation, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Support the cooking process by following recipes and instructions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly for various dishes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times
- Serve food to customers or assist serving staff during busy periods
- Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and replenishing supplies as needed
- Support team members in all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or similar food service roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices
- Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks within the kitchen setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if required
