We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transport Manager to lead our operation at the Saint-Gobain Logistics Hub in Gotham (near Nottingham). Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £42,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

Leading the day-to-day transport operation at our Gotham hub
- Ensuring full compliance with all transport legislation and regulatory standards
- Overseeing delivery and collection performance, driving efficiency and service excellence
- Embedding a culture focused on safety, sustainability, service, and cost control
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with on-site stakeholders and customers
- Leading, developing and coaching your team to deliver high performance
What you need to succeed at XPO:

Strong experience within a fast-paced transport or logistics environment
- Proven leadership capability, with a passion for developing teams
- Demonstrable track record of improving operational performance and cost efficiency
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Transport Manager CPC qualification (essential)
