Business Development Manager
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business.
- Build relationships with suppliers, wholesalers and local business customers.
- Negotiate prices, purchasing terms and supply agreements with suppliers.
- Analyse sales performance, customer demand, market trends and competitor activity.
- Identify new products and services suitable for the store and local market.
- Develop promotional campaigns and seasonal offers to increase revenue.
- Explore opportunities for online sales, delivery services and business partnerships.
- Work with management to set sales targets and business growth plans.
- Monitor product margins, purchasing costs and overall commercial performance.
- Maintain key supplier and customer relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare business development and sales performance reports for senior management.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
