We have an exciting opportunity to join the small, but growing Venton team as a Cleaner to support in the cleaning of our offices and six conference rooms.
The purpose built venue boasts state-of-the-art facilities and we pride ourselves in offering a high quality service, professionalism and a warm welcome to all of our clients. We have also seen this year two new conference rooms open, along side a brand new workspace for clients to use.
As a cleaner for Venton, you will be responsible for the cleaning of communal spaces, restocking of refreshments, and cleaning of event spaces to a consistent high standard.
We are able to offer a guaranteed number of 3 hours per day which is currently worked between 3pm - 6pm, Monday - Friday however these timings are flexible for the right candidate. The cleaner would then be expected to work (on days where we have had bookings) beyond 6pm to clean the centre after clients have vacated their conference room.
Main responsibilities include:
- Cleaning floors, glass, surfaces, communal spaces and office.
- Cleaning toilets.
- Cleaning of crockery, glasses and utensils after each event using the dishwashers.
- Restocking of refreshments areas.
- Notifying the Conference Operations Director or Event Coordinator of any maintenance issues or low stock of cleaning products and refreshments.
Required –
- Reliable, flexible and hardworking.
- Previous experience in cleaning commercial spaces.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Pro-active
