Martino's Restaurant is looking for a professional, passionate and attentive Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team.
As a key part of the team, you will play a central role in creating connections with our guests, guiding them through the menu, and delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience that reflects the spirit of Martino's. We are looking for individuals who take pride in offering sharp, professional and attentive service at all times and who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and tailoring each interaction with warmth and genuine care.
- Maintain optimal knowledge of the food and beverage menus to confidently guide guests and upsell when appropriate.
- Ensure the floor is prepared and maintained for service, including section mise en place, table settings, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests, allergies and preferences are fulfilled with attention and precision.
- Collaborate closely with the commis team, bartenders and kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest feedback gracefully and communicate promptly with management to resolve any concerns.
- Follow all company service standards and ensure consistency in the guest experience throughout every shift.
- Maintain a polished appearance and embody Martino's values in attitude, language and behaviour.
- Support new team members during onboarding and actively contribute to a positive team culture.
- Have a hands-on approach at all times.
