Job Purpose
To lead the team in achieving their required metrics for the area, with a key focus on team member safety, product quality and process optimisation, providing daily support and coaching to all team members."
Responsibilities

Load baskets and stack pallets

Complete quality checks

Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP standards

Report faults and equipment issues

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of working Rotating 6am - 2pm / 2pm-10.00pm shift pattern, giving you more time for yourself.
