We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to lead our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, with a flair for food and beverage service, team management, and creating memorable guest experiences. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of service, and foster a positive environment for both staff and patrons.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and baristas
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, bartending, and food safety protocols to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate food production and kitchen activities to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene practices, and compliance with health regulations across all areas
- Train staff on service techniques, safety procedures, and product knowledge to enhance performance
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, bartending, and food safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with staff and guests
- Experience in food production, kitchen operations, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required

Pay: £29,744.00-£30,888.00 per year
