We are looking for part-time Restaurant and Bar Staff to join the team at Lochside House Hotel. Reporting directly to restaurant management, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You may also be required to work within the functions team at times.

- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Take orders, upsell where appropriate, and engage with guests to provide excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and dining areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Process payments accurately and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexible availability, including midweek, evenings, and weekends.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Previous restaurant experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
