About the Role:
Liverpool is a city defined by hustle, maritime history, and world-class ambition, and at Ugolini Service Solutions Ltd, we bring that same energy to operational support. We keep critical service logistics moving seamlessly across the UK. We believe that operations shouldn't just be about keeping up; it should be about setting the standard. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who can take ownership of our daily workflows. You aren't just filing paperwork; you are defining operational efficiency. You will bridge the gap between complex client demands, field teams, and administrative processes. You are the advocate for clarity and seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.
Why Work With Us?
- The Environment: Located in Liverpool, our workplace culture prioritizes collaboration, practical problem-solving, and direct communication.
- Operational Respect: We don't need you to convince us that operations matter. We know they are the backbone of our business. You will have a clear voice in workflow decisions from Day 1.
- Modern Tools: We leverage intuitive logistics and CRM systems to keep administrative friction to an absolute minimum.
- Growth: We invest in our team's professional development to help you continuously sharpen your skill set and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Ownership: Oversee and streamline daily operational processes to ensure maximum productivity and service accuracy.
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage service requests from initial logging to resource dispatch, tracking, and final delivery reporting.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the main operational hub, connecting internal teams, field technicians, and external clients.
- Data & Process Quality: Don't just follow routine—regularly analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Problem Resolution: Present clear, practical solutions when operational challenges arise. You can explain how to fix a delay, not just that one occurred.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years in an Operations Coordinator, Administrative Support, or Logistics role.
- Track Record: A strong history of managing fast-paced workflows and organizing complex schedules effectively.
- Tooling: Proficiency in modern workplace tools (Microsoft 365 suite, Excel, and operational/CRM software).
- Communication Skills: Professional, confident written and verbal communication in English, capable of managing stakeholder expectations.
- Mindset: You are pragmatic. You know how to prioritize urgent tasks without losing sight of overall operational consistency.
