Senior Domiciliary Care Worker – Lotus Care and Support Services

Experience in care essential for this role. On call experience and a good level of computer literacy desired.
Location: South Wales- Torfaen- Cwmbran/ Pontypool
Salary: £14.75 per hour + 45p per mile
Generously Paid On-call support duties
Contracted Hours: 20-35 hours per week
Shift Patterns:6:30am/7am–2.30/3.00pm and 3:00pm–10.30/11:00pm
Weekend Work: Every other weekend required
BONUS £60 for enhanced DBS on update system
BONUS £60 for in date manual handling cert (all Wales passport)
*Bonus paid after one full month of service*

**What You’ll Do:**
- Provide personal care and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication support, and household activities.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Travel between clients’ homes to deliver high-quality care across the community.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for travel between clients).
- A caring and empathetic nature with a commitment to improving lives.
- Reliability and flexibility to work every other weekend.
- No prior experience required – we provide full training to help you thrive!
**What We Offer:**

- Flexible shift patterns: 6:30am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm.
