Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our childcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with young children, supporting their development and learning in a nurturing environment.

Experience in early childhood education, childcare, or nursery settings is highly desirable, along with strong communication skills and a caring attitude.

Duties
- Support the delivery of age-appropriate activities that promote learning, development, and social skills
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety at all times
- Foster a warm and inclusive environment that encourages children’s confidence and independence
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual needs
- Manage behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in childcare, nursery, or early childhood education settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education
- Ability to organise activities efficiently whilst maintaining a safe environment.
- Compassionate nature with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
- Organised approach to managing daily routines and documentation requirements
Pay: From £12.93 per hour
