About Us
Georgian Gardens is a thriving two‑form entry primary for pupils aged 4–11 with a strong inclusive ethos. We offer a broad, creative curriculum including arts, music and a STEAM specialism. Our provision for pupils with additional needs is well established — we use a Thrive approach to support emotional wellbeing, have extensive sensory spaces and an experienced SEND team. We are a school where every pupil is known, nurtured and challenged.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be a qualified teacher with a proven record of effective classroom practice in KS2 (ECTs will also be considered)
- Shows secure curriculum knowledge and can translate assessment into precise classroom actions.
- Demonstrate consistently high expectations for behaviour and learning and can build positive relationships with pupils and families.
- Puts universal provision first: skilful differentiation and high‑quality first teaching that reduces the need for escalation to specialist interventions.
- Works well as a team, contributing to CPD, resource development and whole‑school improvement.
