We are seeking an energetic and highly organised Brand & Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and enhance our brand presence. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, manage administrative tasks with precision, and help elevate our company's image. Purpose of the role
To protect the one of the founders' attention across three ventures across fashion, creative direction and brand strategy; owning her calendar, admin and information flow so her time is spent on direction and decisions across the businesses.
This role suits a people-person who enjoys finding information, structuring it and bringing back a solution, rather than waiting to be told the next step.
Key responsibilities
Ablecross marketing
- Create engaging content that supports that reaches our target audience and meets business objectives.
- Action the social media calendar: scheduling, copy drafting, community management and asset organisation.
- Coordinate service user engagement content.
- Research and shortlist partnership, fair, event and directory opportunities; prepare outreach lists and first-draft approaches.
- Support brochure and collateral production; copywriting, proofing, team liaison and print and distribution coordination.
- Produce a monthly performance report across social and email against agreed metrics.
Research and reporting
- Competitor and comparative research across businesses, pricing and positioning.
- Product comp shops and market scans for the founder’s fashion and freelance work.
- Run data pulls and structure findings into usable summaries, not raw exports.
- Venue, supplier and sponsor research for events and activations.
Coordination
- Maintain the founder’s task and project calendar.
- Track deadlines and deliverables across ventures and flag slippage early.
- Keep shared digital workspaces tidy, current and navigable.
Follow-through
- Attend meetings, capture actions and chase them to completion across teams.
- Represent the founder externally with partners, suppliers and sponsors.
Information
- Commission and conduct research — opportunities, competitors, collaborators, venues, suppliers.
- Prepare briefing notes and decks from the founder’s direction.
- Own the reporting cadence and monthly performance summaries.

Working pattern
Your place of work will vary during the week. Ranging from the Brentwood office, the Founder’s home office, and on-location for events, content or shoots.
