As a Support Worker you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns or dementia with their daily routines to live the best lives possible.
In our Fochabers service, we support 4 gentlemen with Learning Disabilities and Autism who live in their own homes. We are a strong team that work well together and support one another, supporting with lots of activities such as concerts and holidays, day trips, meeting friends and family's and attending various clubs, we require you to be committed, reliable and flexible. The people we support are involved in activities such as bowling, swimming, golf and cinema and there is a need for availability for some evening and weekend work.
You’ll be joining an award-winning charity, in an exciting role where you can transform someone else’s life while transforming your own too! Whatever your background, there’s a rewarding career in care for you – one were you can follow your passions and learn new skills too.
We provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so some weekend and overnight support will be required. We are currently recruiting for 37 hours working from 9pm to 8am the next day.
