The Tenancy Manger will play a crucial role in supporting our lettings team by handling a variety of administrative and compliance-related tasks. This position is integral to ensuring that our property management operations adhere to legal standards and company policies, thereby maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of tenancy agreements, compliance documents, and other administrative records.
- Manage and update databases with tenant and property details.
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant laws and regulations, including safety certifications and checks.
- Coordinate with property managers to organise inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Handle inquiries from tenants and landlords and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required.
- Assist with office management tasks, including filing, scheduling, and general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in real estate or a similar sector.
- Understanding of compliance regulations in property management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
