Sales Advisor (Entry level) – No Experience Required

We’re looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our growing Cardiff-based sales team, working on door-to-door residential campaigns. You’ll represent our brands directly with customers, delivering a professional service while building long-term relationships.
No previous sales experience is required — full customer service training, daily coaching, and ongoing support are provided from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers door-to door in residential areas
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Promote products and services clearly and professionally
- Handle customer questions and feedback with confidence
- Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets
- Attend regular training and development sessions
- Commute daily to our Cardiff office
