Sports Coach (Freelance – After School Clubs)
SE17 Monday, Tuesday or Thursday | 3:30–4:30pm
About the Role
Lively Sprout is looking for an energetic and confident Sports Coach to deliver engaging after-school sessions for primary-aged children (5–11 years). Open to coaches specialising in football, basketball, tennis, netball, cricket, multi-sports or similar. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and can bring fun, structure, and confidence-building through sport.
What You'll Do
- Deliver fun and engaging sports sessions in your specialist area
- Teach basic skills, coordination, and teamwork
- Create a positive, inclusive and energetic environment
- Support children in building confidence and healthy activity habits
- Manage behaviour effectively in a group setting
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong coaching background in your sport
- Confident leading a group independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
