About You
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident managing multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, and always maintain a friendly, professional approach.
You will also be a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine desire to contribute to the continued success of the business.
The Role
As a key member of the Monster Mix team, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and in person.
- Managing daily driver schedules and deliveries using our transport management software.
- Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, drivers, and colleagues.
- Handling customer and supplier enquiries efficiently and resolving issues where required.
- Providing administrative support to the operations and sales teams.
- Processing orders accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous office administration experience (essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- A reliable, dependable, and team-focused approach.
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm £14.00 per hour
Alternate Every Third Saturday 7:30am – 12:00pm £21.00 per hour
Pay: £32,000.00-£34,545.00 per year
