About the Role
This is a fantastic career progression opportunity for a motivated Qualified Dental Nurse who enjoys building patient relationships and helping patients confidently begin treatment.
You'll divide your time between:
- Treatment Coordination
- Chairside Dental Nursing
- Supporting Reception when required
You'll play a key role throughout the patient journey—from welcoming patients and discussing treatment options to supporting clinicians and helping convert consultations into accepted treatment plans.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical dentistry and outstanding customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Coordinator
- Welcome new patients and deliver a luxury patient experience
- Guide patients through their treatment journey
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Help convert consultations into treatment bookings
- Coordinate Invisalign, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry cases
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Liaise closely with clinicians to ensure exceptional patient care
- Assist with patient finance options where appropriate
- Support marketing initiatives and patient events
Clinical Duties
- Provide chairside support to dentists and specialist clinicians
- Assist with Invisalign, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry procedures
- Prepare surgeries and maintain the highest standards of infection control
- Sterilise instruments in accordance with HTM 01-05 and CQC guidelines
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Deliver exceptional patient care throughout every appointment
Reception Support
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Manage appointments and diaries
- Process payments
- Use SOE/Exact software to manage patient records and appointments
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is GDC registered
- Has previous experience working within private dentistry
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Is confident discussing treatment plans with patients
- Enjoys converting consultations into treatment
- Has reception experience
- Has excellent organisational skills
- Is confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys providing exceptional customer service
- Has experience using SOE/Exact (preferred)
- Has Invisalign knowledge (desirable)
- Implant nursing experience would be an advantage
- Has the legal right to work in the UK
